These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Lemeno Foundation. By using our website, creating an account, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Lemeno Foundation provides a subscription service that gives your business a website, together with optional features you can switch on as you need them — currently booking & appointments, online ordering, e-commerce store, lead capture, reviews & reputation, analytics & reports. All of this software is built and maintained by us; you configure it for your business rather than building it yourself.

We also take on custom software and development work. Any such project is governed by its own separate written agreement, not by these Terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a genuine business to subscribe. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions, pricing and billing

• Every plan includes the base Website. Optional features are added at their own monthly price, and your total is the base price plus whatever features you have switched on.
• Prices start at ₹9 per month for the Website (a launch price for our first 100 customers, held for as long as your subscription stays active); the standard price is ₹9 per month.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel. Annual plans are charged for ten months in a twelve-month period.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payments and recurring mandates are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.
• Adding a feature takes effect immediately and is charged from your next billing date. Removing a feature takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Free plan

We offer a free plan that publishes your website on a Lemeno subdomain with a small "Built with Lemeno" badge. The free plan is provided as-is, may have feature limits, and we may change or discontinue it with reasonable notice.

Your content and your customers

You keep ownership of everything you put on your website — your text, images, logo, products, and business information. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, display, and back it up so we can run the service for you.

You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate, lawful, and yours to use, and for how you handle the information your customers submit through your site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to publish or distribute anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful, to sell prohibited goods or services, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) retain all rights in the platform, its software, designs, and templates. Your subscription grants you the right to use them for your business while your subscription is active; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or templates. The Lemeno name and branding remain our property.

Service availability and support

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may need to carry out maintenance, and we may update or improve features over time. Support is provided by email at contact@lemeno.ai.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including Razorpay for payments, Google Firebase for hosting and authentication, and messaging providers for notifications. Your use of the service may also be subject to their terms.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your website and features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the site is taken offline and your custom domain stops resolving to it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work.

We may suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are breached, if payment fails repeatedly, or if we are required to by law. We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation so you can reactivate or export it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Lemeno Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
