AI services for small & medium businesses
24 services across 6 families, 12 industry categories, and the tools we integrate with. Lemeno scopes the work at a fixed price, builds it into the software you already run, and keeps it running.
What we build
Customer conversations
The questions your team answers over and over
- WhatsApp & web chat agents — An assistant that answers using your prices, policies and availability — not a guess — and books, quotes or escalates from inside the conversation.
- Indian-language support — The same agent in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi and more, so a customer is answered in the language they wrote in.
- Missed-call and enquiry recovery — Every missed call, form and DM gets a reply within seconds instead of whenever someone gets to it, then a follow-up if it goes quiet.
- Reply drafting for your team — For the conversations you want a human on: a drafted reply your staff edits and sends, so quality holds when volume spikes.
Sales & growth
Turning interest into booked, paid work
- Lead qualification & routing — Enquiries scored against what a good customer looks like for you, then routed to the right person with the context already gathered.
- Quotes & proposals drafted — A first-draft quote or proposal assembled from your own rate card and past work, ready for you to check rather than write.
- Follow-ups that actually get sent — The second and third touch that everyone means to do and nobody does — timed, personalised, and stopped the moment the customer replies.
- Reviews & reputation — Review requests asked at the right moment, ratings tracked across platforms, and a heads-up when sentiment turns.
Operations & automation
The work between your tools that nobody should be doing
- Tool-to-tool workflows — The copy-paste chain between your spreadsheet, your accounting software and your inbox, replaced by something that runs on a trigger or a schedule.
- Scheduling & dispatch — Appointments and jobs assigned against real constraints — staff skills, travel time, equipment, opening hours — instead of by hand on a whiteboard.
- Stock & reorder alerts — Reorder points watched across locations, with a nudge before you run out rather than an apology after.
- Exception handling — Most automation quietly breaks. Ours flags the case it could not handle, to a named person, with what it was trying to do.
Documents & data
Paperwork turned into something you can search and total
- Invoice, PO & form extraction — Fields pulled out of PDFs, scans and photos into your system — Tally, Zoho, a spreadsheet, wherever the numbers actually need to land.
- Answers over your own documents — Ask a question across your contracts, manuals, price lists and SOPs and get an answer that cites the document it came from.
- Contract & document review support — Clauses, dates and obligations extracted and compared against your standard terms, so a person reviews the differences rather than the whole file.
- Reporting in plain English — The weekly or monthly summary written out in sentences — what moved, what did not, and what is worth looking at.
Found & booked by AI assistants
The part almost nobody has solved yet
- Machine-readable business profile — Hours, prices, services, location and policies published in a structured form ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can read and quote with confidence.
- Actions an assistant can call — Not just a link. A real booking or order endpoint an assistant can complete on a customer’s behalf, transactionally, without double-booking you.
- Live availability feed — Your genuine free slots, published continuously, so an assistant offers a time that actually exists.
- Assistant traffic analytics — Which assistants read you, what they asked for, and what they booked — so this stops being a leap of faith.
Foundations & enablement
Getting your business ready to use any of it well
- AI opportunity audit — A walk through how your business runs today and a prioritised list of where AI pays back — cheapest payback first, honest about the rest.
- Tool selection & licence review — Which of the tools you are already paying for you should keep, which overlap, and what is genuinely worth adding.
- Usage policy & guardrails — Written rules your team can follow: what may be pasted into which tool, what must stay internal, who approves what.
- Training on your own workflows — Sessions run against your real work, not generic demos — so the skills survive contact with a Monday morning.

- Agreed capacity for new work each month
- Cancel with notice — never a lock-in
A typical first month
- Day 0 — Discovery call: Thirty minutes on how the business runs. No preparation needed — talking us through a normal week is enough.
- Days 1–3 — Opportunity list & quote: The written list of where AI pays back, and a fixed quote for the first piece if you want one. Yours either way.
- Week 1 — Access & mapping: The narrow access we need, and the chosen workflow mapped against your real data. This is the step that most often decides the timeline.
- Weeks 2–3 — Build & review: We build against real cases, not samples, and you see it working at the end of each stretch rather than at the end of the project.
- Week 4 — Live, with monitoring on: Switched on for a real group of users, watched closely, corrected quickly. Then we agree what the next piece is worth doing.
What you receive
- A written opportunity list: From the first call: the workflows worth automating, ordered by payback, with the ones we think you should leave alone marked as such. Yours whether or not you hire us.
- A fixed-price scope document: What gets built, what it connects to, what it costs to build, what it costs to run each month, and the date it lands. One number, agreed before work starts.
- Working software, in your accounts: Not a demo and not a slide. The thing itself, running against your real data, in your own accounts wherever the tools allow it.
- Integration into your existing tools: Wired into WhatsApp, Google Workspace, your accounting software, your spreadsheets, your POS or CRM — so nobody has to learn a new system to get the benefit.
- Documentation & handover pack: How it works, what it costs to run, how to change it, and what to do when it misbehaves. Enough for your own team — or another vendor — to take it over.
- Monitoring and a person to call: Alerts when something fails, a monthly note on how it is performing, and a named human who answers rather than a ticket queue.
How we build it
- The right model for the job — often none: A frontier model where real reasoning is needed, a small cheap one where it is not, and plain deterministic code wherever AI would only add a way to be wrong. Most good systems are mostly the third one.
- Your data stays in your accounts: Wherever the tools allow it we build inside your own workspace and storage, so the business data never has to live with us to make the system work.
- Guardrails, not vibes: Every agent is bound by written rules about what it may say, quote and commit you to, with a defined escalation to a human and a log of what it did.
- Built into your stack, not beside it: We integrate with the software you already run instead of launching a migration. The fastest project is the one nobody has to be retrained for.
- Running costs quoted upfront: Model and infrastructure costs are estimated before you commit, and we design to keep them low — the cheapest token is the one a lookup answered instead.
- It fails loudly: Silent breakage is how automation loses trust. Ours tells you what it could not handle, to a named person, with the context needed to fix it.

Data & security
- Your data stays in your accounts: Wherever the tools allow it, we build inside your own workspace, storage and database. The less of your business that has to live with us, the less there is to go wrong.
- Least-privilege access: We ask for the narrowest access that does the job — one mailbox rather than the domain, one sheet rather than the drive — and we tell you exactly what each permission is for.
- Not used to train models: Your business data is not used to train anything. We use providers’ no-training API modes, and where a workload is sensitive enough to warrant it we will tell you what runs where before you agree to it.
- Every agent action is logged: What it was asked, what it answered, what it committed you to, and when it escalated. When something goes wrong you get a record, not a shrug.
- Credentials handled properly: API keys and tokens live in managed secret storage, never in code or a spreadsheet. Payments run through Razorpay — card and UPI details never touch our systems.
- Export and deletion on request: Ask and we export what we hold or delete it. An NDA before the discovery call is fine too — say so when you book and we will have one ready.
