Lemeno Foundation ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — when you sign up or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and (if you provide it) your phone or WhatsApp number.
- Business information — the details you add to your website, such as your business name, address, services, prices, opening hours, photos, and contact details.
- Subscription and payment information — which plan and features you have active, and a record of payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive confirmation and a payment reference but never your full card, UPI, or bank details.
- Data from your website visitors — if you switch on features such as booking, ordering, lead capture, or reviews, we store the information your customers submit (for example a name, phone number, booking time, or order) so that we can deliver that feature to you.
- Usage and technical data — standard log data such as pages viewed, browser type, approximate location, and device information.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the service — hosting your website and running the features you have switched on.
- To process your subscription payments and manage your plan.
- To send you service messages about your account, your site, and your subscription.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
Your customers’ information
When your customers book, order, or make an enquiry through your website, that information belongs to you — we store and process it on your behalf so we can provide the feature to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your customers.
You are responsible for how you use your customers' information, including telling them how you use it and honouring any request they make to access or delete it. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete the associated customer records too.
Payment processing
All online payments and subscription renewals are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI, and banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. Razorpay's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Data storage and security
Your account, website content, and business data are stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) using industry-standard security controls and access rules. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service — for example Google Firebase for hosting and authentication, Razorpay for payments, Google Analytics for usage measurement, and messaging providers used to deliver notifications — and where we are required to by law.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and operate the service. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — it sets analytics cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop processing it, by emailing contact@lemeno.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We keep your account and website content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days so you can reactivate or export it, after which it may be permanently deleted. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as legal and accounting rules require.
Children's privacy
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
